April 23rd – SoCal Cyber Cup

The final event that the Encrypted Club will be participating this year has arrived, club members began to arrive with their teams, putting their skills that they have gained to the test.

During this six hour time frame, the teams worked together in order to be able overcome the difficult challenges that were seen such as the ones for Web Exploitation, Cryptography, etc.

Not only that but members also made sure to take breaks in between in order to not burn themselves out so quickly and not have to constantly stare at their computer screens.

Coach Smith was also able to demonstrate a live stream of how teams are doing and which teams are in the lead based on their points and accuracy.

By the end, all teams were able to make progress and overcome many of the challenges that SoCal Cyber Cup has placed. Overall, the competition has been a great success for many teams since they were able to actively participate and give it their all when it came to solving different challenges and overcoming obstacles.
