Cyber Patriot State Round!

Cyber Patriot State Round of the 2025-2026 School Year – 12/13/26

Cyber Patriot’s State round has concluded, good efforts everyone! The competition was held from 10 AM – 2 PM with no penalties.

This round was the most challenging yet, with 3 images that consisted of Windows Server, Linux Mint and Ubuntu. All 5 teams competed in the Platinum tier against the top 30% teams of round 2. Lunch was also provided by Jabob!

The difficulty that these images brought was significantly more than the first 2 competition rounds. There was stagnance with all teams so it wasn’t just a singular team issue. Many teams had first time members that haven’t experienced this before, but it was a good opportunity to learn for them.

Overall, it was a difficult but good effort from all teams. State Round has ended and we are now moving onto Red Teaming. Preparations start as soon as second semester starts so be prepared! That’s all for today’s meeting have a good Winter Break!
