December 8th – State Round Prep

To start this meeting, President Gutierrez gave a shout out and congratulating all the participants that were apart of the Hackathon. Coach Smith then began speaking about what it was for the people that did not participate and encouraging everyone to join for next years Hackathon. It applies to people that want to learn and want to take on the challenge that involves programming languages such as python.

After that, Coach Smith has announced that the package that CyberPatriot has sent to each team has arrived. It includes CyberPatriot shirts, a sticker, and a challenge coin. Each member would be receiving one of each which is a way of rewarding them for participating in this year’s CyberPatriot Competition.

Once everything has been passed out, many members began to prepare for State Round which will determine if a team would be moving forward to Semi-Finals or not. Teams exchange last minute notes and conduct research that can be used for the upcoming round.
