SoCal Cyber: The Final Round!

Story

With the newly hybrid team, DogBytes was to go into the Final round for SoCal Cyber, this means they made it to the top eight of all of Southern California during SoCal Qualifying. This is very impressive on its own. There was only a week between the qualifier round and the final round, not much to be prepared for the journey. Even with all the pressures, they all continued on forward to compete. This was not the first time for some, President Valeria R (whom was added to the team from OHHSTech) and Ethan M has competed and made it to Finals the previous year (2024); with this, they explained to their team how to competition would look like and it would not be a blind duck walking in the pond. speaking of ponds, Noah Pond and Mason Greene also was added to the team from OHHSTech.

They made great efforts for the entire competition, which lasted for four hours starting in the morning and ending in the afternoon. They made great progress and luckily, many of them are able to stay for another year in the club to teach and help others, so we can get to finals for the third time in the row.
