Windows Server Practice Image

Third 3ncrypted club meeting of the 2025-2026 school year – 09/04/25

The third meeting of the year was focused on Windows Server! Some of you may have already been exposed to Windows Server in previous classes or may have just seen it for the first time. Windows Server will be one of 4 sections in Cyber Patriot so make sure to learn about it!

What is MS Windows Server? It’s a version of Windows, but just focused more on server services. Network services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File Sharing run here. The latest version of Windows Server is the 2025 edition.

What were we actually doing? This practice Image was meant to provide exposure to the layout of Windows Server, but its quite similar to regular Windows. There were also questions to answer, and a point system just like our last practice image. It would consist of surface level forensics questions that progressed to more complex questions. The complex ones would require some knowledge in Server as they required you to really delve into configurations.
