With the introduction of many new members to the club we want to make sure we are as prepared as possible for CyberPatriot as we go into our second meeting of the school year. This week we focused on some hard hitting subjects within CyberPatriot which involved concepts such as decryption, navigating the GUI within windows, and getting familiar with the command prompt.
The practice was trickier than expected and really had all the members working especially when it came to the Russian Doll! There were lots of familiar and returning concepts but it never hurts to refresh your memory. We encountered many problems that would align with concepts we would see in the CyberPatriot competition. Once we finished going through the practice Mr. Smith gave us some more resources for preparation as Cyberpatriot comes around the corner. We wrapped up the club dipping our toes into the newly given resource provided by Mr. Smith. Thank you Mr Smith!!! That concludes the meeting for this week of 3ncrypt3d Club be sure to practice and check out OakHillsTech for more resources!
